~Today and Saiyuki~

I'm definately not a Saturday guy, but that doesn't mean I hate Saturdays. Sometimes I find myself in deeper shit on Saturdays. Well, whatever, today wasn't that bad.

I went to CHMS to look for Min, I asked her friend, but all I got was a pretty cold answer 'I don't care about your girl'. And she walked away. I stood by for a few moments, till her friend suddenly came over and said, 'Okay, she left' And I ran back to SGS. Arrived, and couldn't find her there either. I won't be so stupid as to round SAS, SGS and CHMS again. I did the other time, and all I got was Nil. Nich. Nothing. Except sweat, and losing a few calories. So this time, I sat and chit-chatted away with the girls, hoping that she'd come to SGS instead. And she did, with ice-cream. We talked a while, and I left her alone with Pamela, since they had a lot of catching up to do. I talked with the 'Chinatown' guys instead. They were asking me about Bleach and all that. After a while, Manzy decided to go to pasar with the other girls. And Pamela's mom drove me, Min, Pamela and Kenny's mom somewhere. No idea. We had Kolomee and Pamela's mom paid for it. How embarassing. >< style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">one or two particular things, and I might be planning to save up for them. XP So we did a few things here and there, and walked back to school, primarily because Min left her sketch book on the bench. Ah well. Then I went home. Tadah, and here I am.

Ookay, enough about that. I'm here to fill you in about Saiyuki, one of my all time favourite anime(S)~

It was inspired by the Chinese myth, Journey to the West, and basically, Gensomaden Saiyuki means Journey to the Extreme, or something of the sort. The Saiyuki saga is divided into: -

-Saiyuki Gaiden(manga only, I think)
-Saiyuki Requiem
-Saiyuki Reload
-Saiyuki Reload Gunlock

I like the artwork, and its a pretty humourous, cool and inspiring anime. Most of the soundtracks from the anime are about looking straight ahead, walking without looking back no matter how painful the memories are. People move on, yes they do, and they continue to better themselves, to hone their skills and abilities, improve their thinking capabilities and such. Although the anime does feature some..extreme stuff, like a smoking, gambling, drinking and meat eating Buddhist monk, its pretty good XD Here are some 'outlines' of the 4 main characters.

Son Goku - Sun Wukong, the monkey!
Genjyo Sanzo - The Holy Monk Tang Sun Zhang
Sha Gojyo - Sha Wu Dian, I think? The river demon, or kappa, whatever you call it.
Cho Hakkai - Chu Ba Jie, the pig!

The story is twisted around a bit, and has not come to an end yet, it is still at Saiyuki Reload Gunlock, episode 6 if you follow Anime-Kraze's releases. Maybe a bit further if you live in Japan or something. Yeapz, well I'm done~ XD If you have the time or patience, maybe you ought to look out for the series, it used to be on AXN, since thats where I started watching it!

Kay kay, ciaozzz~ Hope you enjoyed this update, and you must've noticed this month's (August's) theme will be, thats right~ Saiyuki! XD The next mp3 rotation will occur on Monday~

Ancestry~? Origin~? History~? Parents?

Before I start rambling again...

State-Lab - We got onto the bus, and made a headcount, seems like 5 people were missing. Bryn, Chen Hui, Renjie, Joanna, and Elaine. I know Bryn, he said he won't make it, so yeah, he won't. The other 4, are er well, somewhere in Brunei. So we had to leave without them. On the way, Renjie called Paul's mobile, asking us where we were, I stopped listening to the two human jukeboxes who were tired of singing anyways(Sufi and Uri), and paid attention to what teacher said to the 4 after Paul passed the phone to her. Anyways once we arrived, we waited in a hall, which er, looked pretty much like an Asylum to me. I forgot, we were at the small building, I think the third, at the Ministry of Health. I was excited as I thought we were gonna see some really advanced technological equipments. Maybe some specimens, however my hope was shattered quickly as I listened to the talk from the spokesperson. What he said, I couldn't really shove it all into my head, since, er, he was too far away to be heard clearly. A few minutes before the talk was over, the 4 arrived. The teacher gave them a stern look, and they sat down till the talk was over. Someone said they got lost and found their way to the Dental Department, I think? Or maybe the teacher gave them the wrong directions. Right after the talk, we were divided into two groups, one to scale the building top to bottom, and the other bottom to top. I was in the bottom to top group. Well anyways, we had refreshments. Nothing big really, Fruit Tea, Apollo Cakes and er, Potatoes. Yes, you heard me, potatoes. Right after that the trip began, first we stopped by the Arson Lab, then the DNA Lab, and well, I forgot the rest. *psyche* Nah, just kidding, I remembered there was the Forensics Lab, Toxics Lab, Drug Lab..and etc. I think some of the labs were divided into a few subsections. Well, right after the trip, we went back to SGS, and the two human jukeboxes started singing again, joined by Paul. Got off the bus, ran to Min, and stayed with her till I had to go home. Brief, but hey, I got to spend time with her. -End of State Lab update-

Now back to normal blogging, if you even call it normal. I've been a bit curious up till now, about my ancestry, my origin and etc. My family tree is a bit weird if you ask me. We have a lot of mixed blood, both on my mom's and my dad's side. I've heard from my parents that my grandfather(Dad's side) was one hell of a gambler, and he was related to the triads, well, that includes my granduncles too. But my grandfather(Dad's again) was a really good gambler, brought in a lot of income, plus the triad, brought a lot of income in. But sometimes of course he lost and all. At least thats what I heard. My mom said that my dad was glad when my grandfather(Dad's side) passed away. However, he seems to have inherited his father's habit of gambling, but..my Dad is definately not a winner. He's been losing dearly and has been taking money out of my mom's saving accounts, to pay debts, including the last few payments for our house and car left in KK. Now, I was never a mommy/daddy's boy, ever. Proof is I rarely get what I want, unless I bargain with them. Er, seemed to have strayed off a bit. Actually, I'd like to find out more about my ancestry. But most of the time when I start a topic like that, my dad rarely says a thing, my mom talks about it a bit. Since she remembers almost everything that happened since she was a wee kid. I do remember a bit, eventhough its a bit blurry. I remember being forced to sing 'Unchained Melodies' and 'Sleeping Child' by my dad, on stage. I think I was 4 or 5 then. Creepy. Can you imagine me, singing? *shudders* I remember having a really short fuse when I was young, I used to get angry really fast and beat the living daylight out of the person who lit my fuse, I seemed to have inherited that from my mom, who injured a couple of people during her time. Slowly, I changed, I suppose. First, I tried venting my anger onto unanimated objects, for instance, the wall, the cupboard, the bed. And then, some people tried restraining me, er, say..my friends? Haha, I dunno. Ehhh, I strayed off topic again...Haha, on the other hand, on my mom's side, being a 'kampong' girl and all, was militarily trained. Along with my other aunties. My grandmother(Mom's side) passed away after giving birth to my mom's littlest sis. Grandfather(Mom's side) passed away, 2 years ago. I am quite unsure about her details, but my Great-Grandfather on my mom's side was chinese, and had a Kadazan wife. Soooo..yeah. I guess I'm done.

Sorry if it was a bit too long and messy. I was just bored I guess. And that parent talk yesterday at Con-class kinda stirred me a little. Why are my parents this way? Whats wrong with my dad? Why I dislike being around my family? Why I find my friends more like a family than my own? Gah, I'm done here, thanks for reading if you did.

Science, Art and Whatnot~

And I walked into the room, stark nake~..Oh wait, thats not what I'm supposed to say.

So, a couple of things happened. This, that and something else. I forgot to mention my MSN is faulty. Always has been, even when I was running on Brunet, and Netkad. Never liked it much anyways. *lies* Okay, okay, so it seems to be one of the few methods I can communicate with my friends online.

For the past few weeks, we've (we includes my fellow classmates) been pushed beyond our limits. I've been hearing complaints from some of them claiming they lack sleep, due to homework, projects and studying. But of course, I don't study, but I still have homework to do, projects to complete. Enough about that.

And also, my room has been 'remodeled'. My bed has been replaced with a single bunk bed, since sleeping on the floor feels a bit weird. But this bed sucks, its so lousy that everytime I lie down on it, it sinks. Oh well, too bad, I'm still waiting for some plywood to stabilize my bed.

Earlier today, we had school. Of course, I'd rather sleep at home since it rained nicely this morning, and the weather was perfect, well, in my sense.

First Period: Physics, topical test. I think I blew it? Haha.
Second and Third Period: The Emperor of Dolphins. Had to rewrite an essay.
Fourth: Jiggle Woman, along with her malfunctioning buttons.
Recess: Duh, what do you think happens?
Fifth and Sixth: Dark Arts, Cow Lady. Nothing much, just the usual glaring, and Sufi got molested by her.
Seventh and Eighth: Malay. Have I mentioned our Malay teacher looks like Mario? (Yes, the plumber from Nintendo)
After school: I sniffed and sniffed for the source of that wonderful smell. Turns out it was Wong's lunch. I stared at his lunch until he offered me $2 so I can get my own lunch. Went to get some Nasi Lemak at 'Uncle's'. Not bad, a bit too spicy for me perhaps. Min came over, we discussed our drawings and I had to leave for the State Lab field trip. T_T I'd rather not go..since I sensed the heavy aura of boringness coming from the bus.

I'm too lazy to blog about what we saw..but..eh, anyways. I can't sign into MSN. Gonna continue this later, so yeah. Sorry, don't feel like blogging right now. >_>

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

No opinions. Go buy yourself and read.

..........

...

..

.

Hahaha, okay, that was mean >< Just kidding, just kidding.

Anyways, I got my HBP on the day it was released, only a bit later, say around 1.30? So I started reading then, and took a few short breaks in between, and finished it on Sunday, right after I got home from the flag-waving thingie.

Its a bit disappointing, but not that bad of a book. You'd think I'm being somewhat of an ass for not appreciating JK Rowling's work.

Mainly, it lacks ACTION and RISKS. It involves more arguments, flashbacks, betrayal and uh, snogging. Oops, I meant romance. I won't want to spoil it for people who haven't read it yet. But you'll see some odd pairing ups and a lot of jealousy happening among the trio. Also, since it has already been revealed in the newspapers, and online, I will assume that almost everybody would know that Dumbledore gets killed in this book. Boy, another one bites the dust. Seems that Rowling wanted to give the readers a hero who loses a lot on his way to victory. Sacrifices are necessary. Equivilant trade anyone? XD Haha, anyways, I think most people will lose interest in reading this halfway, since it gets a little confusing(that is if you posses the english level of a 1st Grader or otherwise), and like they say, the plot thickens? Or is it just me?

Btw, rumours have it that Rowling might only start writing the 7th book after 2 years, since she has children to take care of. But who knows, her finger might itch for a pen once in a while and she might start writing sooner. Okay, and more about Harry Potter! XD Who wants to go watch the 4th Movie!? I know a few people who would like that XD Sooooo, lets wait and see, shall we?

Ugh..One after another..

Okay..so here I am. Saturday morning. Want to know why I wasn't on yesterday? Easy. Its because the internet people decided its a public holiday. And they didn't even leave my lines on! Second, my computer was dead half of the day. Why? Power socket malfunctioned.

Well, other than that...my house was being attacked by a swarm of bumblebees. Kept me occupied for a day. My mom was out setting the clothes out to dry when she got stung by one, on the head precisely. She quickly ran and applied some medicine. Later on, she went out to check if the bee was still there. Well, it was there, of course, with its nest and all, and all its large yellow and black striped friends. More than 20 I think. Didn't bother to count because right after it spotted me, I ran back inside as well. Some managed to make their way into the house, but we electrocuted them. My mom had a headache and all so she had to rest for the afternoon.

Around 5, my PC was working again. I was gonna listen to some songs and try to get some work done then I remember my internet isn't on. Argh. Tried to do Burt's program book's cover, but I only managed to alter the 'Italia' of the logo into 'Brunei Darussalam'. Couldn't do much since doing an A4 size effect kinda lags. Once or twice, Photoshop froze and I had to restart the PC.

Okay, night time. Nothing much, my brother wanted to watch some anime and the other one wanted to use my PC. So I let them. Went out to sketch a bit and got bored, and then after that I took OoTP and read it for a while..and fell asleep reading it.

I kept praying my lines would be on today, and thank god they're on, or I'd throw a rampage - -" And tommorow we have fricking flag waving. WHY? I have no effing idea. Okay, thats it for now..and apparently, the Blogspot tagboards aren't working, so I'll be dropping by Min's and Burt's to tag..and wait for my HBP..T_T..My dad actually forgot to pick my copy up T_T...I have to wait till 1.30 this afternoon when he gets back...*lets out a heavy sigh* Fck this >_> I don't even get to see Min for 3 days...I'll jump with joy and dance naked in my bedroom if they leave my lines on.

Boredddd~

Okay..since I have practically nothing to do..I'll go over the 10 things I might be doing when I'm offline. XD

1. Do my school projects. ARE YOU KIDDING? This would be the last thing I'd do if I'm offline.
2. Watch some anime. I dunno, if I have some on my HD, I'll go over them. Haha..
3. Download stuff~yay! But I dunno what to download.
4. Listen to songs, maybe try to sing along? Ugh~Imagine ME, singing? Haha, nooo ><
5. Do some photo-shopping..which reminds me, I still have to do something for Burt. oo
6. Study? No. Never. Zettai Never.
7. Draw, most probably, since I plan on doing something soon...
8. Clean my room up! Which reminds me..It hasn't been cleaned for over a week...
9. Move my muscles around perhaps..I haven't kicked something in a long time.
10. Sleep. This carries the most probability out of all the things I might do XD

Annnnd thats it, I guess. Oh and watch out..I'm toying around with photoshop now, so you might see some of my latest works around XP Ta-ta, tag tag pls, and thanks for reading~ *tuo diao tuo diao* XD Love this song! Hahaha!

Tired ><

Hmm..this has been one of the best and also the worse weeks ever for this entire year. It has been tiring, but fun at the same time. I guess thats what you get for being in the science class. Not that I don't like it, but I don't like the extra pressure.

We have the science fair this week, and also the playlet for confirmation class. For the playlet, I'm some kinda props manager or something..and for the science fair..man it sucks sometimes. For instance..with the kids its fun, you like to see their bright smiles and etc etc..but with the older crowd sometimes its annoying..unless they're like your friends or something.

But hey, some people even appreciated our hard work and sent us encouraging messages..haha. Anyways, this Saturday is the last day of the science fair, and also the day where we ask our parents to come to school to collect our report books. Eh, my dad didn't really made that big of a fuss with my results this time. I guess I'll just have to try harder now eh?

I've received some minor injuries like burns and scars and skin torn off and such, but its not such a big deal compared to the fatigue and sickness I'm experiencing. Gah, I hate work..I'm lazy..but sometimes you gotta do some stuff..even if you don't like doing them...

I've seen this new anime recently. Its only available in RAW form (meaning its not yet subbed) but its called Gun X Sword, and its not so bad. But its a bit weird..haha, its about a cowboy..whos actually a samurai-ish guy..who uses swords to fight in a world where 80% of the people are gunsmen. I forgot to mention they have robots too..hahaha..weird right? But I like this one bit where he slashed the bullet coming at him in half. He/him referring to the main character.

Ummm...I guess thats all for now yeah? I'm gonna take a shower now..and probably get some rest. I might or will be going out with Min to Gdg tommorow, which is a Friday. Since this whole week has been sucky, might as well have a day out. Thank god there are no classes on Saturday. I hope my dad can spare $10 for me..I've used my cash up for candies for the kids..and of course..lunch. God..I feel so poor all of the sudden. Anyways, I'm off now, toodles~ Thanks to the taggers who keep my site alive!
