I feel like...RAMBLING a lot right now.

Yes, just like what the title said. I just feel like rambling. Today wasn't such a bad day like the previous day. It was less stressing, but I'm afraid that I did receive some bad news today. I heard that I might be positioned LAST in class, for failing 4 papers! Yes, ME, FAIL, FOUR PAPERS, can you relate? Haha, some of you might think I'm hardworking and I study a lot but nah. I don't, not after I realized so many things around me happening, some happening too fast, and some things that were supposed to happen, haven't happened yet. You know what it feels to have an empty heart? Feels weird doesn't it? Its not heartbroken, its just a part missing from your soul. And do you know how it feels to know something thats not good, but not changeable? Sucks. I hate the system. I want to go against it. But who am I to say such things? I am an individual with no power or right to overcome the system. We live in a system where our skills are not appreciated, not polished, not sharpened to their highest potential, this is Brunei, where we don't get to hone our skills. I'm not speaking of just skills skills, but what you're best at. We're in what they call the 'assembly line' system. Everyone is said to be equal, which is why we have ONE teacher teaching us in class, instead of one teacher for 3 or 5 students. Its too tedious and consumes too much time + money. Is it true that if you're academically successful you'd be rich? I think otherwise. You have to be FINANCIALLY wise to be rich. 80% of Academically successful people such as lawyers, doctors have many debts, and are living their life in misery trying to pay off their credit card debts. Yet, they are said to be 'professionals'. Is that so? 90% of Bruneians have debts, and all these debts total up to approximately 30 million Brunei dollars. Guess where most of the debts come from? What? Yup, from the so called SMART people. They struggle their whole lives to climb up the corporate ladder, but hey, why haven't they thought of OWNING the damned ladder? I might not understand a few things, but I have thought about these things. Some people might think this makes no sense at all. Most people claim their houses to be assets, but truthfully, do you think so? Its more like a liability, this is where a major amount of money flows to, to pay rent/furniture/water bills/electric bills/phone bills...etc. Therefore, house = liability, and no I'm not asking you NOT to buy a house, I'm just saying can't we just be content with the house we have? Why expand? Why buy so many furniture if you're only living with 2 or 3 people? And another thing (XP I know, I ramble a lot) Is money the root of all evil, or is the LACK of money the root of all evil? Haha, what do you think? I'm still thinking about this one. Tag me on the board with your answers, I'd love to know. Education, education..we go to school, but all with different motives. I go to school because I'm forced to, and also to meet my friends. Why do our parents say 'Go to school, get out, find a good job, get good pay, and you'll live a happy life'? Its because of fear. The fear of us being unsuccessful. That is why we get pushed so much. I wish I could do well in all subjects, but thats impossible. I can't generate INTEREST into something I dislike GREATLY. I'm more of a linguistics person, and I hate doing too many calculations, its not that I hate to think(hey, it took a lot of thinking to write this), but some things are too complicated. Are ALL the stuff we're learning actually applied to IRL? No, Yes, No? You decide. I say No. It depends on your profession really. If you're a computer programmer, you'd definately need SETS and VENN DIAGRAMS. But what about those who are NOT programmers? What use is it to them? Are they gonna tell their parents they need a SET of I-Pods for their birthday? A SET of roses? A UNION of cars? An INTERSECTION of toilet papers? I don't think so. (phew haha, thats a lot yes?) I'm NOT implying that education is useless, but why can't we just learn what we WANT to learn? Gahhh it kills me because we're so left behind while the world is moving ahead so fast!! See, I have a Maths teacher who says we are noisy and can even hear us when we whisper, but she can't hear us when we answer our questions in a LOUD voice. Also, I have a Malay teacher who loves Brunei so much he has the national anthem as his freaking ringtone!!He's so fascinated by Brunei he won't dare say that theres any country better than this. *COUGH HACK HACK* Okay, I should stop rambling.

BTW, I had fun going out with Manzy, Jess, Michelle, Pamela & Kenny, Gretsen, Jo and Jaspal XP, I haven't forgotten yet. Well, the movie was great and all, Haha, POPCORN WARS!! *grabs a helmet and ducks incoming flying popcorn* Ciaoz~! I'll ramble more if you people want me to XP

Note - I am not a parrot. I am not a parrot. I am not a parrot. Ooops, did i repeat myself?
